Delivery Information

UK Delivery

LFP Foodservice supplies professional bakery, pastry and foodservice ingredients across the UK. Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment operation, with delivery options depending on order size, stock availability and product type.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is charged at £4.99 per order.

Orders of £200 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available at £6.99 where applicable.

Delivery speed may vary depending on stock location, order size and whether a product is stocked in the UK or supplied on a special-order basis.

Stocked Products

Products shown as UK stocked are generally available for faster dispatch, subject to current stock availability.

Where supplier stock is held in the UK, selected products may normally be available to LFP Foodservice within approximately two working days before onward fulfilment.

Special-Order & Cross-Dock Products

Some specialist products are supplied on a special-order or cross-dock basis.

Typical lead times may be approximately 2–3 weeks, although this can vary by supplier and product.

Where a longer manufacturing or import lead time applies, this will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Large Orders & Pallet Deliveries

Larger foodservice orders, pallet quantities and mixed-product requirements can be arranged separately.

Delivery charges and lead times for pallet orders may differ from standard parcel delivery and will be confirmed according to the size, weight and destination of the order.

Trade Customers & Multiple Locations

Approved trade customers may operate with different billing and delivery addresses.

Businesses with multiple sites can discuss delivery arrangements with LFP Foodservice so that orders are directed to the appropriate location.

Receiving Your Delivery

Please check your delivery as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.

If there is visible damage, a shortage, or an incorrect item, please contact LFP Foodservice promptly with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the packaging and goods.
